Project Manager

Aylesbury


You will manage a small group of project engineers and will be challenged to offer our customers the highest standards of service ensuring that orders are delivered on time, to specification and within budget.


You will need to demonstrate strong commercial skills, a good working knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience of managing small projects involving the design and manufacture of bespoke engineered products. A knowledge and ability to use ERP, Project Planning and other common business software (Microsoft Office) will be required. Communications will play a major part of this role, and the individual must be able to communicate at all levels and to develop long-term customer relations.



Production Engineering Manager

Aylesbury


You will play a key role in the development of our manufacturing facilities and be responsible for the management, control and development of all manufacturing job related documentation. You will play a key part in the implementation of a new PDM system and the introduction of advanced planning and scheduling processes using the relevant applications within the ERP system.


You will need to have experience of ERP/MRP systems, posses a production, or related, engineering qualification and have a good working knowledge of manufacturing processes related to fabrication, welding, machining and assembly.



Mechanical Design Engineer

Aylesbury


You will join a team of design engineers and draughtsmen designing heat exchangers to a range of international codes and standards including ASME VIII, EN13445 and PD5500. The company currently holds an ASME U and UM stamp. You will have access to a wide range of design tools including SolidEdge, AutoCAD, Ansys FEA, Aspen HTFS and a number of proprietary applications.


You will need to have a degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering and be able to demonstrate an ability to design pressure vessels, piping systems and sheet-metal fabrications. Experience within the heat transfer industry would be a great advantage but you will have the opportunity to work alongside a very experienced engineer.

We are keen to receive applications from design draughtsmen with experience of 3D modelling and design using SolidEdge software or similar. Knowledge or experience of sheet metal fabrication methods would be advantageous.
